Enormous care has been taken to completely refurbish the house yet retain the elegance and charm of the Victorian era and combine it with every modern comfort and convenience. The farm is easy to find, being set well back from the A143 with its own half mile drive joining the road and is about three miles from Bungay and four miles from Harleston.

Directions

Norwich - Road: Leave Norwich, taking turnings for Lowestoft. Turn right onto the B1332, signed Bungay. Continue approx 10 miles to Hedenham. Turn right at the Mermaid Pub signed EarshamFollow this road for approx 112 miles, turn right into Pheasants Walk follow this to the junction with the A143. Turn into the drive entrance on your right at this junction.Diss - Road: Leave Diss on the A143 going East. Continue until the second roundabout signed Harleston. From this roundabout continue 4 more miles on the A143, the drive entrace is on the left in the middle of the staggered crossroads.Bungay - Road: Leave Bungay on Earsham Street. Continue to the junction with the A143. Turn left onto the A143. The drive entrance is the 2nd turning on the right (approx 34mile)
